All services, offered by MineGames are final. Once your product has been received and satisficed you cannot request a refund. Refunds will only be provided on the digression of MineGames.

Any use of fake, or unauthentic information or fraudulent activities will be met with suspension of your accounts and termination of service effective immediately.

You, the end user is eligible for a refund in the following events, within 14 days of purchase.

1. If the purchase was made twice (At the same time)
2. If you purchased the wrong item, you will be granted a store gift card with equal value (Not monetary refund.)

In the event MineGames is responsible for your loss of items, they will be replaced on request.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. Liabilities

MineGames will not be held responsible for any losses, Injury to personal or client owned property, therefore it includes but not limited to, Loss or Profit, damages to equipment. MineGames will furthermore not be responsible for any loss of information such as data etc, or corrupt data. MineGames operates in good faith, therefore will provide you with the utmost support regarding your order. Any other acts via personal or from you, the customer, cannot and will not be blamed on MineGames.

3. MineGames owns PixelMonCraft which operates as a game server, any virtual items purchased on this store will not be refunded in the event of the following

1. Your Account gets Terminated.
2. Your Account gets Suspended.
3. Your Account gets Compromised.
4. Items get lost due to user actions.
5. Server shuts down.

1. MineGames holds the right to change these requirements at any time, and Disputes will be handled by Management.
